Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

A return label is provided at no cost, and there is no restocking fee.

Refunds are issued once the return is received and processed.

Please contact us at masha@underthelabels.com before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos.
