Shopping for natural-fiber clothing shouldn't be hard.

At first, I thought avoiding polyester would solve the problem. Then I learned that natural fibers are not the whole story. Dyes and finishes mattered too (including concerns around certain azo dyes) and suddenly I had even more questions about what I was putting on my body.

Then I started looking at where and how clothing are made. I know that manufacturing overseas isn’t automatically bad. But when a garment costs very little to produce, I want to know what made that price possible. Was it scale and efficiency? Or were corners cut on materials, labor, or environmental practices?

By that point, shopping to my standards felt nearly impossible. Plenty of great brands exist, but putting together one outfit could mean buying a shirt from one store, pants from another, and basics from another. I didn't want building a wardrobe to mean searching through a million websites.

So I created the store I couldn’t find: one place where natural fibers are the standard, while dyes, manufacturing, and overall production practices are taken seriously too. Not a promise that every garment is perfect, but a place where the questions have already been asked and the tradeoffs aren’t hidden.

Thanks for stopping by!
